After a nice weekend, we realized we needed to go to Camping World. Camping World is in Gulf Breeze, FL. On looking at the map, we realized we would be 30 minutes or less from Bill & Jean & Wanda. Since we weren't real sure on our timing, etc., we didn't call the day before. So we got to Camping World about 10:30, which wasn't bad at all. I called from there to check and see if anyone was home and wanted visitors. Wanda was out, but Bill & Jean said come on over. It actually took us about 30 minutes to spend $300 and walk traveling dog.
We headed over to Pensacola thinking we were pretty sure of the route. Pretty sure isn't really good enough, since we got lost. However, we only missed one turn and still were able to find Navy Blvd. and not run too late getting there. Bill and Jean were on the porch ready to go to breakfast - hey, they have been retired long enough to have that sleeping in thing down pat. After we got TD settled we left for IHOP (yummy), only to find it closed due to a plumbing problem :(. None of us knows our way around there, but we could find Ruby Tuesday. It wasn't exactly breakfast food, but the hamburger was delicious. We had a great visit and hated to leave when we did, but wanted to get home before dark. We did not get lost going out!
